To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雞乸咁大隻字翡翠誤導我以為係以前嘅翡翠拉麵小籠包，坐低先發現成個menu唔同，蠢到以為佢換咗新menu，想食嘅嘢全部冇晒（本來係想食翡翠拉麵小籠包嘅嘢），勉強點咗啲basic嘢。味道唔啱口味，而一個普通蒸菜餃都較到鬼五馬六，鮮綠色皮仲要有金邊。冇再深究係咪同一集團開間高檔版翡翠呃遊客，同埋嚟樓上寫字樓開會嘅外國客人… 價錢同啲presentation似係。食少少嘢，啲extra cost仲唔抵，成日唔明佢地冇點服務過就加服務費，以前（翡翠拉麵小籠包）scan code點餐都有人嚟confirm，雖然入錯嚟，但有比較有傷害 😅 其實人少咗我應該醒水，不竟一年先返港一次，鬼知咁多，真心冇為意，以為只係轉咗branding同menu。
