呢間都算係尖沙咀老牌fine dining!14週年5-course & 7-course買二送二,一家人嚟食就最啱。菜式有新鮮感,味道冇失望,整體都好有記憶點。🌟吞拿魚芥末馬卡龍馬卡龍嘅甜味遠比起芥末味道明顯,反而突出咗吞拿魚蓉嘅鮮味。🌟西班牙48個月白毛豬火腿白毛豬火腿本身味道細緻唔會死鹹,加埋甘荀啫喱層次感更豐富。🌟牛肝菌忌廉湯/羊肚菌清湯兩者都有濃濃菇菌香。清湯嘅味道更加甜。🌟慢煮鰈魚卷鰈魚滑得嚟有少少彈牙,老公形容有啲似帶子。加埋底下嘅番紅花檸檬葉清湯,出奇地有啲日式風味。🌟牛油浸煮鮑魚 香炸杏脯蟹肉牛油香滲晒入鮑魚,香得嚟完全冇油膩感。杏脯蟹肉啖啖都係蟹肉絲,係一件好食嘅crab cake🫢。🌟熱情果雪葩🌟牛油浸波士頓龍蝦龍蝦嘅生熟到啱啱好, 口感仲係彈牙。雖然啱啱食完牛油浸煮鮑魚,但兩者食落去又唔係咁似。🌟特級西冷配Mario西冷口感嫩滑,出奇地有好重嘅洋蔥味。Mario其實應該指緊佢個friend Toad🍄,裏面有牛肉肉碎餡,有啲似empanadas。🌟焦糖菠蘿朱古力球淋上稍熱嘅朱古力醬,朱古力球即刻溶化。裏面嘅菠蘿蓉好解膩。
