To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日朋友太興奮，因為嗌咗8個好飽肚嘅點心因為我遲咗去，所以一坐低好快就有點心食！先去過廁所，不過今日呢一間酒樓嘅廁所唔係太乾淨唔知佢哋嗌咩嘅情況之下一坐低都要嗌過金錢肚🤣🤣不過今日金錢肚份量得勁少，雖然好新鮮同埋上枱幾靚仔，但係得四舊仔，底下就有三舊清甜嘅蘿蔔，質素好但係份量好少，平時起碼56件呢個金沙羅網腸唔知點解呢兩次都冇咁靚仔冇咁立體，入面少咗好多蘿蔔絲所以成件事就扁平d XO醬炒蘿蔔糕超大碟我哋完全handle唔到食唔晒黑金流沙包一定要趁熱食！如果唔係入面嘅流沙就唔流沙㗎喇！合格，可以再流晒一啲埋單$220 ！顯解鯪魚球正常發揮，煎釀三寶好大件，潮州粉果唔試到鮮蝦菠菜搞幾好味，啲蝦嘅份量都OK人蔘烏龍茶好味好多！今次我哋一人一個茶🤣
