自大半年前主打蟶子已經開始留意莆田,心心念念想試一次,但隱隱有種高價中菜既錯覺又令我卻步。 咁岩好友都bookmark左好耐,大家決心結伴黎見識下,原來定價又幾街坊貼地喎。先黎前菜滷水豆同柚子,前者滷得入味軟腍,後者飽滿多汁,更少見地配菊花茶,令我地對呢餐更加期待。 蝦苗拌頭水紫菜 ($52)簡簡單單既配搭,就連賣相都唔算討好,估唔到第一啖就令我地大為讚賞。 頭水紫菜比一般紫菜幼滑細嫩,輕輕用黑醋為主既調味拌好後,入口好順滑清新,用黎做開胃菜岩哂。 雖然蝦苗分佈都多,可惜香氣唔算強烈,勝在整體口感同味道都好柔和,老少皆宜。百秒黃花魚 ($69)手掌咁大既尺寸可以話係我食過最大條既黃花魚,雖然肉厚但煮得岩岩好,嫩滑唔會腥,睇多幾次價錢都覺得係難以置信地平,完全物超所值。酥炒芋頭 ($89)芋頭鬆軟起沙就基本,最意外係外皮雖然唔係炸都好酥脆,食得出師傅花左好長時間細火慢慢煎出酥皮,外脆內軟好香口。 調味甜甜地幾得意,開頭仲同朋友講笑話似甜品,最後越食越順口,清埋碟就明白微甜可以解膩,幾有心思既組合。 不得不提芋頭即使攤凍左都仲好脆,足見功架。莆田滷麵 ($82)如想像般係類似嫩雞煨麵個種濃

芋頭鬆軟起沙就基本,最意外係外皮雖然唔係炸都好酥脆,食得出師傅花左好長時間細火慢慢煎出酥皮,外脆內軟好香口。 調味甜甜地幾得意,開頭仲同朋友講笑話似甜品,最後越食越順口,清埋碟就明白微甜可以解膩,幾有心思既組合。 不得不提芋頭即使攤凍左都仲好脆,足見功架。

第一次見到紅菇,成煲湯都變左紅色,飲落反而冇想像中咁濃郁,只係有淡淡菇味,不過聽講幾有藥效所以都係飲多幾啖。 我最欣賞既係土雞冇花冇假,大半煲都係新鮮煙韌既雞件,食得好過癮。

想搵個體面、坐得舒服既地方同好友促膝詳談,今晚的確係目標達成。 食物味道屬水準以上,可惜大半菜式都一次過上菜,少不免攤凍左,令味道大打折扣,如可改善上菜速度就完美喇。
