To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咁到食完埋單走喇!比完信用咭之後問佢拎番張收據喇...睇一睇先知原來佢個叉燒收多左錢!
同個女經理講喇...佢就咁拎左張收據之後走埋收銀到!之後就一路傾住電話(自己既手提)一路拎住$48現金過黎...就咁放低係枱,話:係呀!check左收多左依家比番現金你...因為visa碌左vold好煩嫁...我亞妹想問番佢之前加10%服務費個到收多左要扣番個時佢已經走番入去講電話!
嘩...個時真係好嬲囉!咩叫碌左vold好麻煩先...係你地既錯誤黎喎...仲要係到傾電話,就咁放低錢就走左去...咁其實唔係vold單麻煩囉~係阻住佢傾電話啫!vold張單一個制有幾煩呀...唔係當我唔識呀...

咁我同亞妹去完廁所之後問另外一個女仔個個女經理叫咩名喇!個個女經理就走過黎!我亞妹就睇下佢個名牌姓張既......佢都仲係傾緊電話...笑住咁問:你唔係想投訴我呀嘛?

一路轉菜一路傾計...大大聲既...傾電話既都係依位"張小x"經理!

其實以依個價錢...6個人都成$2300喇!但係換黎d咁既服務...而d食物又只係普通酒樓咁既...
要既野又無既...真係唔值囉...試完依次之後,我一定唔會再去依間旺角"陶源"囉!

完全唔覺得係一間所謂出名既"鮑魚專門店"囉!!!
