前後到訪多間香格里拉酒店,始終覺得香港店的餐飲水準最高,中菜來講特別是九香的米芝蓮2星香官水準傑出,每次到訪都帶來無限驚喜。雖然環境也極高貴吸引,但拍了多次不重複,直接入直題吧!首先是Welcome Tea,味道清幽帶迷人芳香,飲下去非常舒服又開胃。然後前菜小吃是爽脆酸蘿蔔配杏脯,一酸一甜進一步刺激袋食慾,突然覺得肚子好餓了!!正式開始賀年菜式前,還有 南北杏川貝雪梨日月魚燉螺頭 Double-boiled sea conch broth with dried Asia moon scallop, Chinese pear and almond,成品超足料又夠火候,飲來鮮甜又濃郁,特別日月魚不多吃到了,真心覺得單為這湯已經不枉此行!然後有 好事齊來 - 蠔皇蠔豉袋生菜 Braised Dried Oyster Puff and Fresh Lettuce with Oyster Sauce,蠔豉鮮美不腥,配上髮菜很有新年意味;而盛載蠔豉的豆皮袋吸收蠔油後效果美味,吃時搭上新鮮生菜,整件事更平衡美妙。然後有用上一整斤海星斑製作的 年年有餘 - 骨香珊瑚海星斑 Sauteed Spotte

然後有用上一整斤海星斑製作的 年年有餘 - 骨香珊瑚海星斑 Sauteed Spotted Garoupa Fillet with Coral Sauce and Crispy Fried Garoupa Head and Belly with Salt ($938),菜式極有霸氣,斑球配上帶蟹肉絲的蟹膏醬,十分鮮美;而脆炸魚頭及腩位更是香脆吸引之極。

繼續有 喜氣洋洋 - 富貴羊肚菌津菜卷 Braised Cabbage Roll filled with Shredded Vegetables and Morel Mushroom ($228),很喜歡欣賞師傅對蔬菜的處理,出品不會太生或太熟,總是清新爽甜,配上香氣依依、我很愛吃的羊肚菌,健康美味又滿足!

已經開始飽,但還有重量級的 橫財就手 - 慈菇炆元蹄 Traditional Braised Pork Knuckle with Arrowhead Preserved Bean Curd Sauce ($328),巨大的豬手給炆至皮香軟糯、膠質特多但卻不會很肥,微甜香馥的滋味引人一口接一口的將之清光!

押尾還有 五穀豐收 - 生炒糯米飯 Fried Glutinous Rice with Air-dried Meat,由糯米特幼的身形可看出這是貨真價實、童叟無欺的生炒糯米飯,而且飯中不止加了臘腸臘味,還有邪惡靚貨瞤腸,可想而知香氣與滋味都更上一層樓。飽極也要吃光!

最後甜品步步高陞 - 薑茶雨花雲石栗子湯圓配三色煎年糕 Double-boiled Ginger Tea with Sticky Rice Dumpling with Chestnut Paste accompanied pan-fried 3 kinds of New Year Cakes;巨大的湯圓皮難免有點腍,但賣相漂亮可人,中間栗子餡也微甜討好。

至於年糕也有三款,由上而下分別是:夏威夷紫心番薯糕 ($258)、京都宇治抹茶紅豆糕 ($298) 及薑汁韓國黑糖瓜子仁年糕 ($258)。價位全是以1.16公斤裝。

三款年糕其實都口味獨到,各有風味,十分好吃,但要揀的話甜魔媽媽最喜歡還是夏威夷紫心番薯糕,那甜蜜軟糯的滋味實在很讚,薯迷不能錯過!
