Restaurant: A Nice Gift (Temple Mall North)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 賞茶居然有野食？

黃大仙 賞茶平時飲開嘅賞茶都只係台飲店，但係黃大仙呢間居然食物賣仲有有得坐低，緊係要試下啦。豬軟骨鹵蛋乾伴手作麵$48 本身有配賞奶茶冬瓜茶之類，但係加左$10轉主餐牌任何凍飲，所以就轉左最鐘意嘅葡萄柚綠。個麵其實比較令人失望，因為可能冇 瀝乾水，所以個麵仲係有啲濕同腍身， 變相溝淡咗個乾伴嘅汁，令到食落有啲淡。 隻鹵蛋冇咩味，比較似白烚蛋多啲。 豬軟骨都ok， 食落都夠淋身， 調味適中，但係可以重啲香料味。整體黎講普通，試過就好。反而葡萄柚綠一如嘅往甘出色， 唔會有葡萄柚嘅苦澀味， 葡萄柚嘅清香同埋茶葉嘅香氣融合得好好，令人一飲再飲，可能賞茶都係專注做飲品比較好。
