之前去過裕民千歲,嗰邊走中上檔路線,而呢間位置相對吊腳,就走傳統川菜館風味,裝修古色古香。睇餐牌,印象中兩者價錢相若。先嚟碟「話梅涼瓜」。涼瓜浸咗咁耐話梅汁,確實冇餐牌張相仲可以咁翠綠,苦瓜啲白衣清得夠乾淨,所以冇苦只剩甘味,加上滲透哂話梅汁,好食程度係想返家依樣畫葫蘆煮番味。「改良擔擔麵」同冇改良個分別比較明顯係多咗肉鬆(本質係肉碎,不過佢口感模樣都夠鬆化),麵底俾湯底浸潤住依然爽滑。「紅油抄手」始終掂唔到我心目中抄手嘅汁底,唔夠蒜,欠點甜。「雲白肉」片身比較厚,同樣唔夠蒜,反而豬肉肉味夠濃又彌補番。餐牌無可否認選擇真係夠哂豐富,會有興趣日後試埋晚市。
