To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

單點了牛小排及橫隔膜肉另外選配套餐，加錢要了溫泉蛋飯食物一來到真的醜到大開眼界問店員平常100g 橫隔膜肉不會只有三塊，店員說是正常，以重量來算，可能這家分店他們連碟一起量吧。我把橫隔膜肉反一反說很醜，他又說是正常，將比較好的一面放面。Ok …飯來了，連溫泉蛋也可以爛開… 我真的覺得整餐都無胃口了～～ 吃了兩塊肉，店員又突然過來說其他人的肉也是這樣，一台比較肥，一台比較瘦… 如果我想換可以換。但我已燒了兩塊，為什麼不早說可以換？
