To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日又係食茶餐廳啦，又係我好鐘意嘅一冰廳平時食開芝士咖喱蛋包飯黑汁白汁配肥牛，今日試下其他野先滑蛋蔥花叉燒飯滑蛋整得好靚，食得出蛋好新鮮，蛋味香濃叉燒份量多，夠juicy，平時好怕食到乾柴柴咁嘅叉燒滑蛋同叉燒加埋蔥花嘅香味配合得好好，平時我食魚蛋粉都可能會走蔥，今次專登唔走蔥試下味道如何先，估唔到會咁夾雖然我成日食一冰廳，但餐牌上面好多野我都未試過，真係要試多啲唔同嘅餐先得，如果唔係點做一冰廳fans呀
