To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前晚係IFC飲完嘢想食sushi，就去千両試試。唸住九點幾仲咁多人排隊實無死。入座後磨拳擦掌，唸住大開殺戒。睇佐幾個圈，啲壽司種類比平時少，最終都揀唔落手，咪唸住落單order叫佐一件特大帶子壽司和一個三文魚子手卷。件特大帶子壽司就好普通，唔係好大件，味道淡。件三文魚子手卷簡直不知所謂，好少魚子（見圖）, 貨不對辦 - 超搵笨。最後叫個侍應攞番比師傅，埋單走人。個肚就一肚氣加埋得件帶子壽司。環境OK, 都服務OK! 不過食物質素最重要, 下次都咪攪我。
