To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

此店曾經是我的御用食堂, 但踏入2012年, 質素奇差, 而家ENJOY卡冇做折扣優惠啦。如果唔係加入做會員D COUPON未用完都唔會去。今次DINNER TIME去都唔使等位~個杯成陣擬似口水味, 都唔係第一次嫁喇。太卷一夾即散, 飯同餡完全分離。吞拿魚好多筋, 咬唔爛好多渣。蟹子沙律貨不對辦, MENU圖明明有好多蟹柳, 黎到得青瓜, 我只找到一絲蟹柳, 冇錯!係一絲蟹柳, 唔係一條。酒煮凡立貝軍艦貨不對辦, 凡立貝細MENU圖好多倍。小柱軍艦唔新鮮, 食落好腥!甜蝦軍艦又係唔新鮮既…… 海膽軍艦D海膽變晒水夾唔起既?炸芝士年糕入面D粉未炸熟, 不過點都好過上次食燶既。叫左個宇治金時蛋糕佢竟然上錯麵豉湯? 到個蛋糕來了, 不凍而且出水的, 肯定放在室溫好耐啦。新出果個明太子卷少少辣幾開胃, 不過唔好味。唯一讚既係熱騰騰的抹茶任飲, 正呀!
