To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運食過幾次,次次如果唔早d黎一定等死人。今次只係等左5分鐘。只係叫左少少野。蘿蔔糕,有蘿蔔絲係裏面,煎得好香口,好好食。招牌菜,酥皮焗叉燒包,上台既時候已經唔太熱(懷念熱到辣親咀既感覺),味道一流,保持到水準。牛肉球好多料,腐皮底好入味,又係保持到水準之作。鳯抓排骨飯,希望愈大,失望愈大,好普通,冇驚喜,份量細,冇下次。衣間野,水準真係幾好。
