To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前到耀華街百樂中心嘅心の食堂食晚飯,路經近街角嘅Shack Tapazaka,一室工業風嘅酒吧格,型格討好,估唔到隔無耐,友人邀請問小弟有無興趣試試依間居酒屋,居酒屋?我問:「唔喺酒吧咩?」原來喺以酒吧設定嘅日式居酒屋,聽落又幾有趣。耀華街一帶有好多食肆,無論街鋪,定上樓,選擇甚多,Shack Tapazaka可唔可以突圍呢?單睇環境頗有氣氛,裝修確花過心思,就好似吧位後嘅大水車,而高腳枱及用餐矮枱各半。雖然餐廳喺禁煙,但近橫巷邊嘅偷雞位,會成為吸二手煙嘅區域,要有啲心理準備。既然喺日式居酒屋,和食自然喺主打,串燒、燒物、煮物……等等,據店長介紹,佢哋用料講究,更推介店中嘅二人套餐,$398已包括頭盤、串燒拼盤、主食、甜品及飲品。此外,人多少少,就可以諗諗個四人套餐($798)。白酒(Chardonnay)餐飲可以揀汽水、果汁或餐酒,以配合唔同人士嘅需要,雖然小弟極少飲酒,但一杯半杯都無問題,況且晌唔蝕底嘅驅使下就更揀白酒啦。評酒我就自問只會獻醜,由友人代評吧!佢話酒身圓滑,有豐富果香,酒精度唔高,非常易入口。薄切炙烤劍魚片老友怕食生牛肉,故劍魚片喺我哋唯一選擇。一客共有4片劍魚片伴

老友怕食生牛肉,故劍魚片喺我哋唯一選擇。一客共有4片劍魚片伴沙律,魚質非常新鮮,佐以辣蘿蔔蓉及蔥花,鮮甜以外,多添幾分層次;底下墊有爽脆嘅沙律菜,以柚子醋、醬油拌過,食味不俗,但每人只得兩片,實在唔夠喉。

串燒拼盤

餐牌列明有岩手雞腿肉、岩手雞軟骨、牛小排、鮮菇、迷你紫薯,整體而言,啲串燒有質素,唔止用料靚,燒得啱啱好,好似啲牛小排嫩腍富肉汁,唔會燒到柴乾咁,而雞軟骨亦好好食,有嚼頭又有脆口感,啲迷你紫薯亦討人歡心,粉甜有薯香。不過,每款只得一串,即每人只得一小口,二人餐而言,份量始終覺得有啲偏少。

日式牛油炒花蛤

依道炒花蛤做得出色,雖然簡單,但入口既唔會有沙,大隻厚肉,肉質嫩滑而鮮甜,散發濃香嘅牛油味,卻與花蛤鮮味保持平衡。但以一客6隻嘅份量,似前菜多過似一道主食。

和風海鮮炒烏冬

初時睇餐牌,真喺好易產生誤會,以為一喺就和風牛肉炒烏冬,一喺就海鮮炒飯,原來可以互相拼配。雖然嚟到最後嘅一道菜,亦喺主食,但唔喺想像中般多,然而,質素都仲喺保持到,大蝦、帶子、花蛤,睇得出海鮮料不賴,烏冬配日式燒汁炒得柔靭有彈性。可是既為二人餐,啲海鮮料每款至少有兩件喺咪附合大眾期望啲呢?

綠茶果凍配雪糕

話果凍,我就覺得似喺羊羹,因為咬落煙靱軟糯,而綠茶味濃香帶甘;配紅豆雪糕可能喺指定動作,不過,眼前所見喺配黑芝麻雪糕,芝麻味好香濃,相襯度都還可以,但可能先入為主,仲喺覺得紅豆雪糕嚟得襯啲。

金薄梅酒啫喱

加入金箔,自然顯得更貴氣,但跟啫喱嘅色澤相若,未能更突出呈現到,反而加片薄荷葉可令賣相更靚仔。啫喱帶有好酸香嘅梅子味,質感做得滑嘟嘟,酒香亦緩緩散發於口腔內,不錯啊!

睇完上文,可能你都估到小弟嘅總結會點寫,用料確實具質素,不過,以二人餐而言,份量相對少,但喺當你諗諗,晌度喺以居酒屋嘅心態嚟幫襯,飲吓酒,食吓嘢,唔喺嗰種要食到飽上心口嘅,就會明白質素同氣氛先喺重點
