To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日大家特登夾好更一齊食buffet未入座時去Mezz floor坐左陣, 然後準時可以入座, 因為我5月生日, 之前reserve左枱俾左deposit可以全枱小童價!未夠鐘出去行過圈，趁d野食仲係完整時影下相:朱古力噴泉好靚嘅cakeMovenpick雪糕時間到！食冷盤先第一時間去食生蠔, 蟹腳, 蜆好新鮮+洗得好乾淨嘅生蠔，無記錯好似有來自美國&New Zealand嘅, 兩種都好大隻好肥美，小吃多滋味，但都忍唔住每樣食左3隻.蟹腳啖啖肉, 枱面已經準備左鉸剪&濕紙巾方便剪開個殼再直接meet d蟹肉入口, 正(留意到晏少少個輪嘅蟹腳無頭輪咁粗壯呢哈哈)蜆好甜而且食左咁多粒都無食到有沙, 不錯!然後再出去自製煙三文魚沙律, 菜好新鮮dressing方面有好多款汁揀(法式,千島, Caesar, 芝士粉, olive oil......)大大塊厚切煙三文魚味道夠哂醎, 配返沙律菜&適量dressing好開胃熱食方面我差5多每樣都食少少，因為d dessert同雪糕勁吸引囉！羊架燒得好香！肉好易咬仲非常juicy. 羊架燒得好香！肉好易咬仲非常juicy. Risotto完全索哂個湯底好重海鮮味, 每一小碗risotto都有蟹肉飾面. 帶子+粉絲好似好typical但係做得有心機，真係落足葱&蒜&粉絲~

Li個開心果cheesecake構造係上層開心果mousse+1層海棉蛋糕而下層就係白朱古力果mousse+海棉蛋糕. 首先賣相好吸引因為隻色好natural好fresh, 其次係佢已經預先切好唒一件件好企理, 唔洗俾人cut到走樣. 食落原來唔heavy, 有海棉蛋糕中和返, 開心果味不是太突出但整體好清好味

切成四四方方嘅藍莓cheesecake, 由足料creamcheese+藍莓整成的

 Movenpick雪糕, 識食一定係喺waffle機度拎件waffle做base上面加2球雪糕, 同一般酒店嘅分別係個雪櫃唔係得三幾隻味細杯裝嘅, li度有成8隻味,我食焦糖&strawberry. 平時買Movenpick雪糕好貴架, 2,3啖細細盒都要4,50蚊, 而家勁大scoop地食, 好滿足呢

其實真係食左好多款美食, 我只係寫左最好的, li度嘅食物同service好好呢, 係地點行遠左d囉, 但我地帶住bb坐uber都唔係問題
