今日大家特登夾好更一齊食buffet未入座時去Mezz floor坐左陣, 然後準時可以入座, 因為我5月生日, 之前reserve左枱俾左deposit可以全枱小童價!未夠鐘出去行過圈,趁d野食仲係完整時影下相:朱古力噴泉好靚嘅cakeMovenpick雪糕時間到!食冷盤先第一時間去食生蠔, 蟹腳, 蜆好新鮮+洗得好乾淨嘅生蠔,無記錯好似有來自美國&New Zealand嘅, 兩種都好大隻好肥美,小吃多滋味,但都忍唔住每樣食左3隻.蟹腳啖啖肉, 枱面已經準備左鉸剪&濕紙巾方便剪開個殼再直接meet d蟹肉入口, 正(留意到晏少少個輪嘅蟹腳無頭輪咁粗壯呢哈哈)蜆好甜而且食左咁多粒都無食到有沙, 不錯!然後再出去自製煙三文魚沙律, 菜好新鮮dressing方面有好多款汁揀(法式,千島, Caesar, 芝士粉, olive oil......)大大塊厚切煙三文魚味道夠哂醎, 配返沙律菜&適量dressing好開胃熱食方面我差5多每樣都食少少,因為d dessert同雪糕勁吸引囉!羊架燒得好香!肉好易咬仲非常juicy. Risotto完全索哂個湯底好重海鮮味, 每一小碗risotto都

羊架燒得好香!肉好易咬仲非常juicy. Risotto完全索哂個湯底好重海鮮味, 每一小碗risotto都有蟹肉飾面. 帶子+粉絲好似好typical但係做得有心機,真係落足葱&蒜&粉絲~ 好大舊燒牛肉, 厚切熱辣辣送上, 自己淋左d黑椒汁&mustard, 好惹味, 肉質好tender! 急不及待食 甜品呢

Li個開心果cheesecake構造係上層開心果mousse+1層海棉蛋糕而下層就係白朱古力果mousse+海棉蛋糕. 首先賣相好吸引因為隻色好natural好fresh, 其次係佢已經預先切好唒一件件好企理, 唔洗俾人cut到走樣. 食落原來唔heavy, 有海棉蛋糕中和返, 開心果味不是太突出但整體好清好味
切成四四方方嘅藍莓cheesecake, 由足料creamcheese+藍莓整成的
