首先是龍蝦浜燒, 店員燒得非常有心機, 時間控制得非常之好, 肉質完全無乾身, 龍蝦好鮮 帶點海水味, 平時也不覺得一隻龍蝦有咁多肉, 龍蝦頭蝦膏多到要流出來

松葉蟹腳同樣帶海水味, 咸咸地,一絲絲蟹肉, 滋味無比, 最重要先蟹殼已經輕輕拆開, 容易進食


活鮑魚, 放在鐵網上燒還在郁動, 鮑魚是極度爽彈, 有鮑魚味仲帶點焦香, 齒頰留香


帆立貝浜燒, 共兩種煮法, 一是清酒, 二是廚師自家製的牛油, 前煮食出原有鮮味, 後者味道濃郁, 帆立貝完全地吸收了牛油香, 店員提醒必須先吃帆立貝裙邊, 原因是保持口感, 不得不讚的是帆立貝Size比手掌還要大, 厚肉爽嫩的感覺, 令人津津有味

南非石蠔, 只是加上清酒燒煮, 也沒有把鮮味流失, 脹卜卜, 鮮味無窮, 蠔香留在口腔內徘徊


每位檯上其實放了三種醬汁, 分別是海鮮醬油/胡椒鹽及海鮮醬, 如果有需要可在沾上少量作調味, 個人就不建議因爲要食出食材鮮味


味增蟹甲羅燒, 絕對是再三回味, 一定要點一定要襯熱食, 甲羅燒的味道濃郁到不得了, 加上適量蔥花以及一絲絲蟹肉, 塗在多士上也可以, 100分, 服務費絕對值得付出
