呢間酒樓成日行彌敦道都會經過 今次終於有機會入去一試呢度嘅前菜小食係酸薑皮蛋 而唔係坊間平時有嘅花生 都幾特別 酸酸甜甜開下胃 翡翠帶子桂花蚌 帶子同桂花蚌到好鮮甜 桂花蚌就爽口有口感 翡翠就係荷蘭豆而唔係平時成日配嘅西蘭花山賊石鍋生蠔 石鍋夠哂熱 上枱嘅時候咋咋聲 裏面總共有六隻大桶蠔 肉質肥厚啖啖肉 一咬開就爆汁 而個汁煮得好香 即使只係食啲配料京蔥薑片都好食燒鵝雙拼 - 叉燒&燒鵝 燒鵝係有皮嘅 食落去係油脂豐滿而酥脆 啲肉亦有肉汁 雖然畀我哋嘅位置唔係脾位 但係都好味 叉燒就半肥瘦 食落都算鬆軟唔會乾柴 加埋蜜汁鹹鹹甜甜 送飯一流另外仲叫咗是日例湯 係五指毛桃猴頭菇煲豬展 飲落去好順口 而且非常足料
