To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週末晚上9:30 來到這家雲桂香吃晚飯， 店裡人客不算多，還有若七成座位空著。 坐下後想叫店員落單， 叫了數分鐘仍無人理會。 明明食客不多， 但侍應仍應接不暇，相當無奈。。。 終於點了一碗冬菇紫菜重慶酸辣米線(小辣) 和一碟皮蛋，侍應拿來的單卻漏了皮蛋。 反正沒下單的東西不收錢， 算了吧。 轉眼侍應端上一碗米線， 眼看是一碗清湯紫菜米線， 因為單上已有冬菇的價錢， 於是便告知侍應補返冬菇給我。。 米線湯底味道大不如前。。 很是失望招呼不周， 侍應入漏單，廚房睇錯單， 食物味道差勁的一餐。
