米芝蓮一星餐廳《添好運》一向質素高,點心即叫即蒸之餘,味道也很有保證!最近少食中菜,所以趁得閒就決定去「飲茶」!——————————🔸紅油抄手 $24📍5.5/10本身好鍾意食辣野,見其他三樣咁飽肚,就叫一樣小食試下。可惜抄手份量偏少,只有五粒;餡料是絞碎的蝦肉,口感欠奉,味道也過鹹,食一口已不想再食🤢🔹酥皮焗叉燒包 $20📍9/10每次黎都必點酥皮焗叉燒包,今次一樣Keep到水準!一咬落去,表面的酥皮已經脆到散曬,香甜帶奶香,配上鬆軟的麵包和大量叉燒餡,外脆內軟🤤🔸鳳爪排骨飯 $25📍7/10呢度只有三種盅飯,今次就叫左鳳爪排骨飯~排骨大概有八嚿左右,鳳爪就有兩件,食落冇乜特別,不過不失~(*醬油好夠,但這家是預先淋上,不能自由調節份量)🔹古法糯米雞 $28📍8.5/10糯米雞又大又足料,煙韌的糯米飯配埋潤腸丶豬肉和冬菇,好快就好飽肚,值得再叫👍🏼
