去開九龍灣,商場之內,一般去食一啲連鎖的餐廳,期望都不太高,但原來即使做到咁多分店的上海婆婆,食物質素原來都真係有保證架喎。環境仲幾舒適食上海野當然要叫個小籠包,小籠包皮薄晶瑩,包裹着鮮美的豬肉餡料,經過高溫蒸煮,豬肉油脂同肉香滲出來,溶入湯汁之中, 一口咬落去,濃郁的湯汁首先湧出來,繼而在這口溫熱的湯汁之中可以繼續咀嚼豬肉同粉皮,一個小小的小籠包,其威力竟然如此大,當然進食時要注意溫度小心燙傷。北京炸醬麵又幾fancy 喎,欣賞佢的麵身幾軟滑,又幾香,炸醬夠稠,勁多肉碎,味道少甜夠惹味,份量都幾多,我兩個人食再叫餸食唔晒。韭黃炒鱔糊,個火候掌握得很好,煮得幾淋得來又有少少趙口,所以口感好好,本身鱔就係好香的魚,再加上濃郁的醬汁同重口味的韭黃,呢碟餸對味蕾有多重的刺激,送飯又正,送酒又正!樣樣都好似幾濃味的餸,來個甜甜酸酸的魚塊,幾開胃。
