To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 滿有期望第一次去試試,結果極度失望而回。在鐵板燒吧枱浦坐下來,職員已急不及待推介和牛燒𧐢卷。我們表達不想吃和牛因不喜歡它太肥和太油。職員的態度立即轉變,全程在我們背後行來行去說話單單打打。食物品質更名不付實,三張鐵板燒枱,各由一位說普通話的大媽擔當師傅,但顯然易見她們都不是真正的鐵板燒師傅,只像food court裏的大媽廚師在炒兩餸套飯,炒炒下唔掂就改由一位比較像師傅的男仕在即埸教學,他來回三張吧枱指導三位大媽學做鐵板燒,實在離普。燒鵝肝像油浸一樣,就連石鍋飯都只是把早早煮好的冇泡菜味炒飯倒進石鍋充數,品質超差,我們只勉強吃了一半已被倒胃口,立即結賬走人。其實food court的石鍋飯真的好吃好多。
