To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行左好耐，搵左好耐先搵到仲有間開緊嘅甜品店～就叫左感覺最好食嘅抹茶心太軟試下🙈⠀⠀🍵日本蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕🍦 $65⠀✤ 有流心效果🙆🏻‍♀️ 啲抹茶漿都幾多😂一切開就好似泉湧咁傾瀉出黎⠀✤自己覺得個抹茶漿個味都幾香濃，都重抹茶味～而且甜味適中～唔會死甜，而抹茶嘅回甘味又唔會好苦，同我地平時食開好食高質嘅心太軟同一個甜度😆 ⠀✤心太軟同雪糕真係perfect match🥰因為有冰火效融嘅感覺🥰 不過我自己就覺得心太軟個抹茶味濃度高過抹茶雪糕～所以自己就覺得心太軟比較出色😂⠀✤抹茶蕨餅同白玉就正常質素😂同雪糕食真好match,可以唔洗咁dry，得心太軟食🙆🏻‍♀️可以不時換換口感味道🥰((其實好有以前食緊某間L_g-on入面甜品甜嘅抹茶雪糕杯個feel😂))⠀⠀Overall我都覺得唔錯，但個人就覺得未到驚艷🙈 正常好味嘅水平😆但去開嗰頭又想食甜品嘅，不妨可以試試☺️⠀⠀
