中午放假和朋友來到了旺角搵野食,我哋好耐冇食過燒肉,搵到一間餐廳我見到有日本極上A5和牛套餐,牛肉嘅質素真係好靚㗎,就入去食。這間餐廳叫燒肉 Smile,位於旺角砵蘭街240-244號文華商場一樓C號舖,港鐵旺角站E1出口,行1分鐘就到,非常方便。這間餐廳裝修好新淨,以木系為主調,地方非常寬敞,座位又闊落,燒嘢都方便就手,更加重要嘅係佢哋嘅抽油煙機系統做得好,行入去都唔會覺得有大浸油煙味,非常之好。這間餐廳是台式燒肉店,又是台灣年銷售120萬份的超人氣燒肉店,亦榮獲2022台灣網路人氣NO.1,原來除咗這間燒肉店,仲有築間幸福鍋物及築間台灣鹹酥雞,這兩間築間店我哋都有去過食,真係好食抵食,食物質素高,價錢又唔貴,來這裏食真係唔錯。餐牌內平日午市雙拼套餐最低$128,正餐單拼套餐$168,雙拼套餐$178起,仲有燒肉連任食生菜及韓式小菜自助吧嘅無限放題及盛合套餐有附贈湯、飯、飲料、甜點,真係好吸引又抵食。我哋就選咗盛合套餐,我叫日和極上盛合,朋友叫豚肉盛合,日和極上盛合套餐有日本極上A 5和牛、西班牙黑豚梅花、無骨牛小排、龍躉石斑、精選白蝦、日式麻油椒鹽醬、韓式雪蟹膏拌飯、雪濃牛骨湯、蜂

我哋就選咗盛合套餐,我叫日和極上盛合,朋友叫豚肉盛合,日和極上盛合套餐有日本極上A 5和牛、西班牙黑豚梅花、無骨牛小排、龍躉石斑、精選白蝦、日式麻油椒鹽醬、韓式雪蟹膏拌飯、雪濃牛骨湯、蜂蜜檸檬水、提拉米蘇,而豚肉盛合套餐就有豚腩片、豚梅花、豚頸肉、豚肋條、西班牙黑豚梅花、韓式辣半張、韓式雪蟹膏拌飯、元組人蔘雞湯、芝士抹茶奶蓋、士多啤梨奶酪,仲有野菜放題任食,真係一定食到飽,
日本極上A五和牛嘅脂肪和肉比例呈雪花,油脂豐富,好看又好食,而食入口牛味都香濃,食完非常回味,未燒熟都知好食。無骨牛小排同樣都係雪花級數,肉味亦香濃,油脂冇咁重,質感柔軟多汁,牛脂受熱後同牛小排融為一體,每啖都令人食得好滋味。西班牙黑豚梅花嘅黑豚油脂分佈均勻, 口感細嫩好食,肉質柔軟,且帶有濃濃香甜, 而且不油膩, 不會乾乾澀澀,口感和味道都是絕佳。 龍躉石斑肉質爽脆,味道鮮甜,營養豐富,精選白蝦新鮮又肥美,亦都好快就燒熟,鮮香可口。豚腩片好軟淋,肥肉同肉嘅比例啱啱好,食落一啲都唔會油膩,豚梅花令口感柔嫩,滑潤不澀,豚頸肉惹味超香,肉質爽口好食,豚肋條入口柔軟,咬落彈牙,和燒烤醬混起來,更加給肋骨帶着很多味覺上的層次,非常好味
這間燒肉餐廳好值得推薦俾大家,食物好食抵食,食物質素又高,價錢又唔貴,店員服務態度又好,我哋下次一定再來
