To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來到坪洲行到累，大熱天時能夠坐係入面飲杯咖啡食件cake真係爽到爆。一入去冷氣非常涼爽，我朋友叫左一杯Dirty同一杯orange soda，兩杯野飲都好有質素，orange soda完全係消暑聖物。仲叫左一件Cheese Cake, 呢樣就比較普通。店員好nice好好人，細心帶位、俾指引掛袋、推介野飲野食。店鋪小小服務速度良好。店家仲特登係有陰的地方設置左排隊等候區，仲有張長凳俾大家坐住等，非常細心。成間鋪feel到大家都坐得好舒服，傾計好愉快。廚房仲有好型的外國廚師和靚女咖啡師為大家用心準備野食同野飲。
