洋蔥湯($90): 第二次飲這家的法式洋蔥湯了,香港好少地方有。面層鋪滿厚厚的芝士,芝士味好濃好香。牛肉清湯底,裡面混有已浸泡,變得很軟的法國麵包 ,飲落好飽肚。一人一碗,份量好像過多了。Bone Marrow with Escargots($190): 香草焗法國蝸牛配牛骨髓,牛骨髓上面鋪滿羅勒醬蝸牛。蝸牛焗得很腍,隙罅中的牛骨髓充滿油香,只嫌分量少。Home Salted Brandade, Soft Egg, Espelette Hollandaise ($100): 鱈魚泥上面放了一隻大大的流心蛋,淋上荷蘭汁。鱈魚泥的份量好多,魚肉有嚼感,但味道較淡口。流心蛋剛好是半生熟,流心度很高。Braised Pork Cheek in Port Wine Sauce ($260):牛臉肉份量多,配菜還有蘑菇、紅蘿蔔。牛臉肉是無骨的,炆得入味,入口非常鬆軟。醬汁好濃,是加入紅酒製成。旁邊的薯蓉份量過多,味道則較一般,太飽肚,已再吃不下薯蓉了。Souffle ($90): 梳乎里有重重的橙酒味,好香。梳乎里很有質感,像紙袋蛋糕般鬆軟,雪糕球就比較細。
