Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食buffet好耐，但唔知去邊間好，記得congress plus既質素不錯，就約埋朋友去食個聖誕前大餐。六點九入座後，好似都唔使點排隊就可以拎到生蠔，蟹腳，牛扒，片皮鴨，龍蝦，鰻魚，仲有蟹粥。生蠔係法國fine de clare, 海水味重啲，對我黎講鹹左少少，但都幾新鮮。片皮鴨係最受歡迎，每次都要排隊先拎到。蟹粥都好正，鮮甜。仲有即燒既蟹腳，鰻魚。甜品區有兩個，花多眼亂，多都唔知點揀。呢間buffet款式好多，啲料又幾正，唔怪得成場都full哂，值得推介。
