To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有日諗起新加坡個雪糕三文治, 上網睇到太古/側魚涌原來都好多星馬餐廳，揀呢間絕對係因為見到佢個雪糕三文治好吸引。出左地鐵站其實都要行好遠下先黎到，不過入到黎個環境又幾舒服，心情都即刻好啲。一場黎到，試多少少野，我地叫左一個海南雞飯餐同埋喇沙，加左塊炸豬扒同黃金雞翼，仲有2份雪糕，一人2件，飽到上心口。海南雞飯餐同埋喇沙都真係正常貨仔，炸豬扒係唔錯嘅，黃金雞翼其實個味都幾好食, 不過佢都幾多油下黎到我嘅重頭戲 - 椰子雪糕三文治，呢個真係好有驚喜，，係飽左嘅狀態下都覺得勁好食! 絕對好應該自己食曬1份!麵包微暖又鬆軟得黎唔會令到個雪糕溶，再沾少少旁邊嘅咖央醬黎食，甜甜地又透出淡淡嘅椰子清香，真係食唔停口
