To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行六人,暢遊愉景灣,再去唯一島上嘅酒樓,環境都唔錯嘅,點心都幾好味,覺得意猶未盡,仲叫咗個懷舊班頭腩炒河$170,但冇班頭、冇斑腩、上枱係好有派頭嘅首先炒過嘅河粉仲有4條菜伴碟,另外一碟就係所謂班頭腩,只有六舊麵粉炸魚,比魚粒大小小,好彩仲有六大嚿炸咗嘅豆腐,幾片冬菇,加埋啲芡汁先至裝滿隻碟,否則賣相唔知佢點收科,整體都幾好睇嘅。不過就完全唔係懷舊班頭腩炒河囉。懷舊班頭腩小時嘅最愛,有骨有肉,啲斑腩肥美,今次真係大失所望完全唔係嗰回事。
