To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

经过土瓜湾，下了巴士，就在附近找了一间素食店，圆善素食，非常方便。进店后，店里很舒服，环境舒適。食物很美味，黯然销魂飯的义燒很好吃，很像真义燒，煎蛋很有口感;鸡絲粉皮，很嫩滑。值得推荐，例湯很有水准，不像其他店的例湯好像水一样。员工的服务周到，因为下雨，还问我有没有带雨伞，如果没有带雨伞，可以借一把雨伞给我。完全是酒店五星级的关怀服务。食物的性价比很高，一个人消费才一百元多一点，还有店里送了一份马蹄糕给我，食得我非常开心，值得推荐。下次一定再来，下次一定要带朋友再来！！
