鱸魚經過輕煎,洒上少許黑椒碎調味,外層金黃皮脆,肉汁與鮮味被牢牢鎖在其中,肉質嫩滑,膠質分佈均勻,入口即化,配橙紅色的甘筍薑蓉醬,甘筍的甜味先跑出,薑的微辛其後又悄悄來襲,稍稍減低魚肉的油膩感,加上大大件鱸魚,真是令人吃得非常滿足。

這裏的食材用料,自助餐的菜式配搭,可媲美酒店質素, 職員服務態度也很好。我們臨走時,還聽到鄰桌,正摸著酒杯底的客人查詢包場事宜,原來這裏也提供包場服務,並有九折優惠, 觀乎餐廳格局,辦三十多人的派對 、聚餐也絕不成問題
