To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周日下午,我與太太一起到長沙灣賓墟冰室用餐,實在是一次愉快的體驗。太太選擇了金粟石斑塊套餐~$79。這道菜相當豐富,除了金粟石斑塊外、跟白飯一碗和青紅蘿蔔煲豬骨湯。金粟石斑塊煎得恰到好處,外層酥脆,裡面則保持了鮮嫩多汁的口感。白飯和清爽的青紅蘿蔔煲豬骨湯則為整道菜單增添了飽足感。我則點選了鳳梨蜜桃甜酸肉套餐~$75。這道菜色同樣包含了白飯和中湯,但主菜則是一道甜酸交織的鳳梨蜜桃甜酸肉。肉質軟嫩,蜜桃與鳳梨的酸甜交織帶來了層次豐富的滋味,令人回味無窮。除了豐盛的主菜,套餐還包餐飲。太太選擇了清涼解渴的凍檸檬茶,而我則喜歡熱檸檬茶的溫潤醇厚口感。兩種飲品都恰到好處地搭配了主菜,為用餐增添了更多樂趣。整個用餐過程中,服務人員態度親切,細心周到。餐廳的環境也十分舒適,讓我們能夠悠閒地享受這頓美味的午餐。
