To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 母親正日前後因事離港,4大長老改期到一星期前提早慶祝。其中2老就揀佐逸東軒,另外2老就中伏收場。真係冇比較冇傷害,價錢差唔多但即見高下。🙄坐既位置係舒服既,一邊係枕化位,另一邊係中式位,但因為當天落大雨,拎佐比較多野出來。中式位唔係好夠位擺野,侍應沒主動提供籃,不過我要求佐之後都主動搵多個位來放野,果下都有小小覺得佢地做得唔係幾好。但擺完袋之後佢地既處理方法令到我真係覺得呢間係可以再encore的。因為果個位比較近係上菜位,佢地見我放完野就搵塊布蓋住個袋,仲同上菜既同事提醒叫佢地上菜時小心點。之後佢地每次都會望下我果個位先上菜比我地或者隔離檯。當然佢地都處理得好乾淨,塊布到走都係白雪雪的。到講返野食,我覺得係好食的,普普通通既野食都處理得幾好,可惜係佢冇晒蟶子,轉叫蟹肉粉絲煲,個煲聞落好香,d蟹啖啖肉。最特別我覺係個片皮雞,同片皮鴨食法一樣,只係換佐雞肉。冇咁油,對於成日食片皮鴨來講,轉下口味都唔錯。2老成餐絕對食得開心,佢地特別對個XO醬讚唔停口。甜品個蛋白杏仁茶幾好,我一向低糖飲食,佢真係冇咩落糖好岩我,反而個芒果布甸我試佐啖就覺好鬼甜,但食開平常diet 既人就話係好好食的。
