To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期一正午到餐廳，只有一兩枱客人，侍應帶我地兩人坐四人卡位。卡位藍色圓形嘅梳化，幾舒服。有露台座位。.我地首先嗌黑毛豬（$298），因為新開張期有買一送一優惠。黑毛豬配紫薯蓉、木瓜汁同蘋果醬，幾特別。本身覺得份量好少，怕唔夠飽，但食完都啱啱好。肉烤得好軟身，肉味唔錯，可惜燒得略燶。.飲品cranberry poire iced tea，梨加莓茶，感覺好用心調嘅飲品，不過味道較酸。.最後食咗72%朱古力球（$138），唔知紅莓果凍喺邊。賣相精緻，唔記得影相。店員仲好細心喺倒果汁前問洗唔洗拍片。個人唔好朱古力，熱情果汁同雪糕一齊食好味。.埋單每人$250左右，已經有新開張期八折優惠（唔包set lunch)價錢偏貴，食物份量唔多。如果下次再試會嗌set lunch，唔會再散嗌。
