To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

跟大班朋友12人晚膳，臨時訂位8pm都有來到打開餐牌，真叫唔落囉！炒碟菜都要$100！ 想叫片皮鴨（$350+！！！）又賣晒，例湯又無，問有咩魚全部都無問侍應有無d抵食d嘅餐，佢拎個牌來， 全部$3500～5900！！！ 咁叫抵食？仲要係普通菜！ 唯有係咁二叫多肉多飯，叫半隻燒鵝肥到無朋友！！！ d 餸又細碟！完全無餸食+食唔飽！ 每人都$150！！！之前在尖東d高級酒樓晚膳，食到食唔晒，都係每人～$250！起碼服務好d!而且個商場又唔方便，泊車又無位，一定唔會再去！
