To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 媽咪生日落order要食片皮鴨,細佬話加咗人工不如食逸東軒啦,始終8舊幾水隻鴨平時唔會成日食,呢啲日子食就啱晒。佢哋嘅片皮鴨係招牌菜,晚市我通常會訂枱時順便訂定,只可成隻嗌,冇得嗌半隻,一個價錢已經包咗2食。侍應會幫你片一碟淨皮同一碟連皮鴨肉,嗰碟淨皮脆而不膩,好好味。😋😋 我哋揀咗配鴨崧炒飯,因為媽咪係「飯桶」,必須有飯到肚。前菜嗌咗蜜餞脆鱔同避風塘九肚魚,2樣都好香脆;其他菜式則嗌咗炒龍蝦球,蝦仁蛋白豆腐同炒菜,細佬另外嗌咗一窩燉湯,佢哋會分好一盅盅上,飲完唔口渴,應該冇咩味精。一分錢一分貨完全體現咗喺呢一餐上,收得貴都係值嘅。可惜個米芝蓮set冇片皮鴨,唯有下次再試啦!
