To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近幾次到赤柱,都見到赤柱廣場在裝修,以往休閒景像已經不復見.唯一沒變的,是廣場超貴又常常爆滿的停車場,如今已經加價到35蚊一粒鐘.領匯揾銀,果真狼過華秀隻狗.既是揾銀至上,小商戶茶餐廳自然絕跡,取而代之的就是Classified這類名牌連鎖店.環境是優美的,Classified大部份的座位都設在戶外,木椅木桌木傘,既簡約又時尚.很喜歡室內那盞不知由藤還是木製成的大吊燈,一大班朋友坐在燈下喝喝咖啡聊聊天,會是一件賞心樂事.服務員都很熱情,一踏入店門會用英語跟你打招呼,感覺非常不錯.由於剛在蘇豪東吃了午飯,所以只點了兩杯飲品,這裡很出名的芝士也只有留待下次再試.Hot chocolate--夠滑但不夠香,餐牌上明明說是朱古力關公--Vero出品,入口卻是普通過普通.最唔好係要自己落糖,感覺即刻降至朱古力沖劑那級數,跟文華東方的相差很遠.別以為文華賣得很貴,外賣的話其實跟Classified差不多價錢.Pina punch--是芒果菠蘿特飲,入口的確是透心涼,但果汁味道並不突出,尤其係芒果味更加係近乎無.取而代之的是一點點的鹹味,這大概是下了tonic water的關係.是日兩杯飲品埋單約H

是日兩杯飲品埋單約HKD80,在Starbucks也要這個價錢了,不算貴.
