OP搵到呢間新開又有2x個好評的新派韓菜,我呢位小韓人食過之後就唔覺得有韓氣囉。首先,柯打三份前菜小食,韓式牛肉沙律,正常的,牛肉調味調得唔錯;金絲蝦卷,炸物,一條條炸物,油味好搶,裡面就食唔出係咩(可能係我味覺愚昧);最出事係芝士餃子雞翼,成塊芝士撻响雞翼上面而唔係釀左入去係咩玩法?然後到主食,松葉蟹鉗烏冬,湯底係出前一丁味粉嘅味道,一般到唔一般(可能又係我味覺愚昧);黑啤豬手,隻豬手燶到一個點,D配菜係食到啤酒味,黑唔黑啤我唔知,隻豬手同我本人就比較黑;又到終極出事招牌菜,話說呢間叫雪龍湯,叫個招牌牛肉雪濃湯應該冇死啦,一心期待係我最愛的雪濃湯味道,點知打撈到嘅唔係牛肉或牛筋牛骨,而係蘿蔔同牛展!咩料呀?喝一口湯,濃濃的蘿蔔湯的味道,說好的雪濃湯呢?問侍應點解會用牛展煲雪濃湯,佢話湯底係用牛肉牛骨去淆,用牛展上枱,sorry囉,你漏左樣好重要嘅材料:蘿蔔!其實係用蘿蔔去淆,係咪?我每次返韓國都吃地道雪濃湯,濃濃的牛肉牛骨味係令人回味,但唔係呢種味道囉。

我每次返韓國都吃地道雪濃湯,濃濃的牛肉牛骨味係令人回味,但唔係呢種味道囉。

仲有,餐廳冷氣有待改善,話說當日日間氣溫有32度,晚上都起碼29度,但室內氣溫比室外氣溫可能只低一兩度,焗到一個點,雖然有冷風機配合,但當晚只有4枱客,如果坐滿,大家應該要自備巴蕉扇了。
