o係西貢發現一個別有洞天既好地方,呢度係一間有野食有酒飲既bowling bar, 保齡球場入面仲有一間Four Seasons廚師主理既高級餐廳,餐廳裝修令到不得了,每件擺設都係老闆o係世界各地搜羅翻黎,好似去左外國咁,每張枱下面仲有一塊厚厚既地毯,感覺好grand~講翻食物,主要都係食西餐,各種扒類,海鮮都有,點左一份300g Grilled US prime striploin,jumbo crab meat linguini, grilled scallops同埋caesar salad with salmon~ grilled scallops有5隻,每邊都煎香左,都算嫩滑,但就有點過熟。而caesar salad with salmon就平凡得黎好味,菜好新鮮爽口,入面仲有ham, 而煙三文魚亦煙得好濃味~Grilled US prime striploin賣相好得,牛扒煎得剛好5成熟,肉味香濃又柔嫩,好好味, d伴碟令之餘味道都唔錯。而crab meat linguini質地al dente,蟹肉勁多而且鮮甜,通常d高級餐廳都係細細碟又貴,但呢度每樣野既分量都唔少!好夠
