To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日的下午來到元朗覓食,透過訂座apps預約了有半價優惠的Glasshouse。筆者被安排坐在落地玻璃旁的位子,在自然光的襯托下,環境非常怡人。筆者和友人都不約而同被menu上的圖片吸引,所以點了這客意粉。意粉醬汁非常creamy,帶有陣陣蛋香芝士香。黑色外表十分特別。麵包比想像中鬆軟,很有驚喜。脆雞配合蕃茄生菜,成功除去炸物的油膩感。餐飲沒有在優惠範圍,是正價的。Menu上的飲品選擇眾多,筆者點了冰茶飲。味道是甜甜的果味,不過沒什麼特別。想不到雞蛋仔和吉士醬如此夾。除了雞蛋仔,還有布朗尼、莓果和棉花糖。吉士醬非常濃滑,份量亦很多,大概可以點2-3底吧。餐廳食品種類繁多,今次只試了寮寮幾道。希望還有機會再光顧~
