疫症當前,身體保持充足水份係好緊要㗎,OT慘無補水,但飲湯水一樣補到水,仲可以補埋身𠻹!懷念吓住家飯嘅晚餐,諗住食得健康啲首先嗌個湯餐,原盅燉湯,聲稱燉咗4粒鐘,冬瓜確實好有湯色,飲落仲有幽幽冬菇香呢隻鴨髀犀利喇,用咗15年陳皮燉製,肉質嫩而實,淨係汁撈飯都好夠味,仲有大量蔬菜,好duck呀呢排火滾就啱呢味湯喇,飲完gur返晒除咗湯水,仲有抗疫菜蜜,飲完個肺當場潤咗一潤撈麵睇色水好似幾淡口,但撈一撈勻都幾香沙茶味飲完湯補完水下完火做乜呀?聽日準時返工囉
