To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我一直好喜歡幫襯翡翠拉麵小籠包。會不定時去不同分店幫襯。最近兩次去旺角分店服務態度極度差,希望有關公司管理層正視問題。23年一月份中午去,當時人比較多仲要等位,所以拎到位之後叫人落單就被侍應要求自己掃碼落單,我唔太願意佢就幫我落漏單。損失嘅唔係我喺間餐廳。23年3月:機場店正常23年6月7日晚上7:15,生意非常差成間餐廳已經冇乜人,我去到餐廳要求落單,侍應生(那些懶惰的姐姐)仍然要求我自己數掃落單。究竟仲想唔想間公司做得住有工作的?點解可以比啲咁差甚至乎0服務費的侍應生去做樓面?呢間唔係茶餐廳,呢間餐廳要收+1服務費,要收$10茶位費,$15小食費,全部都唔係自助的,點解客人要少少落單服務都變成要睇你哋面色及被沒禮貌對待?我們來吃飯不是來工作!你公司有掃碼落單的要求但客人有權拒絕而服務員都應該盡量幫助客人落單,不是應該的嗎?反正已經越來越少人幫襯,請你地檢討下。食品質素也越來越下降,好明顯是因為人流也少了沒有那麼新鮮了。小籠包:舊肉有異味,不好吃煎鍋貼:仲可以肴肉:比一月份的時候差了擔擔面:湯底也沒有之前好吃生煎包:可以究竟高層見到生意變成咁樣要幾耐先至檢討係自己問題定係只會識得賴經

反正已經越來越少人幫襯,請你地檢討下。

究竟高層見到生意變成咁樣要幾耐先至檢討係自己問題定係只會識得賴經濟唔好,少左遊客呢?但最初開始呢間餐廳嘅時候都唔係靠旅遊業遊客的,有冇印象呢?

唔通真係要等到越做越少分店先去檢討?到時客人都流失晒啦
