To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間連鎖嘅小籠包,由我做嘢出嚟開始就食到而家,一直以來個味道都係咁出色,今日經開諗唔到食咩就決定再食佢啦,而結果都係一如既往,冇令人失望最鍾意呢一度嘅菜式呢一定係小籠包,佢個餐廳名呢都係講出咗佢嘅重點菜式啦,呢間小籠包呢其實個皮呢係非常之薄啦,而且佢每一次上菜呢都係好熱辣辣嘅,一定係即刻蒸即刻上,食嘅時候呢一定要咬開一個小小嘅窿先,再啜咗佢佢嘅湯汁,因為佢嘅湯汁呢係好熱好多,再慢慢食佢嗰個肉,成個過程係非常之好食,我自己都可以食到兩籠。

閒逛MOKO 路過翡翠拉麵小籠包順便來吃一下🙌🏻水煮牛肉,現在可以選擇小辣,實在太好了🥹,適合我這種想吃辣又比較菜的🤭牛肉很嫩、粉條很滑、本人很喜歡這個菜式,每次來必點💓賽螃蟹,炒得很滑嫩,還有瑤柱的鮮香味👍🏻雞火炒飯,炒飯粒粒分明,有火腿、雞蛋、蝦米等,炒出來很香,好味道😋💓灌湯小籠包,也是每次必點,湯汁鮮香好吃😋💓東坡肉,挺大一塊,還有一些小唐菜,就是味道偏甜了一些,不太習慣,下次換獅子頭試試🤣

I went for dinner and didn't have to queue for a table. The restaurant is quite spacious; the staff are all professional and polite; the food came quickly and was served hot. Everything was great. I particularly like their xiao lung bao (the original one) - their wrapping skin is thin but chewy and the filling was pork meat filled and a mouthful of umami soup. Other great dishes we savored were the cold and sour cucumber, deep fried eel and crispy chicken. Their chicken broth is also one of the best ones we've had in town so far. It's rich, fragrant and nutritious. Their staff were all very polite and helpful, particularly their manager May. She is extremely professional and treats all patrons with respect and kindness. We will definitely return because of her! Thank you for a wonderful meal.

點了雞火炒飯,香酥鴨配饃饃皮,薄荷葉炸子雞,椒麻酸菜鱸魚.食物ok.結帳時職員說三款菜單上的六折菜色只會計其中一款六折,其他會計正價,接着便說會將香酥鴨配饃饃皮$138計六拆,便打了單.我問他為何揀最平的菜色打六折, 而不是計最貴的酸菜魚$188. 他說剛已經說了會以較平的香酥鴨計算. 我再重覆我的問題兩次, 他亦只是不斷重覆會以較平的香酥鴨計算.要我發火才肯改以酸菜魚打六折!但他都係要説是公司教咁做! 咁都想呃客二十蚊!
