Restaurant: Three Virtues Vegetarian Restaurant (Kiu Kwan Mansion)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又去三德食齋菜,今次要食不同菜色,但仍然是要燉湯,因為又有茶樹菇燉湯,好香又潤,北角店原盅湯湯料係特別多嫁,杞子、紅棗、竹笙、茶樹菇、冬菇、黃洱、素肉、好香甜,一定要飲燉湯^^今日食錦鹵炸雲吞,超多料的甜酸汁,一大碗有酸齋、麵筋、辣椒、番茄、冬菇、菠蘿、木耳,嘩好豐富又好味,炸雲呑加上甜酸汁實在絕配,正呀!XO醬炒菜遠什菌,上枱看似普通清炒,但食落都算辣,始終XO醬係辣辣地又好惹味👍👍👍今天糖水都唔同咗,番薯雪耳糖水,乾燥天氣最好潤一潤啊 😊😊😊(整天也食齋,好好好,有時不一定初一十五才食,平日有時食下都覺得自己健康咗 )
