To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次經過呢度都見到有間小店覺得好特別，今日終於約咗朋友嚟食晚餐，呢間中東小菜裝修好特別，好有異國風情，我哋7:15嚟食飯，其實已經坐滿晒，好彩室內仲有一張二人枱可以食，如果唔係就要坐室外咁就比較熱，但我覺得如果秋天或者冬天嚟食，都係另一番風味。

呢度嘅餐牌係QR code scan，覺得成本菜單都用咗好多心機去整，因為每一張相都好吸引！我哋今日叫咗好多樣嘢，所有嘢都真係勁高質！

三款經典蘸醬拼盤，一個係黑松露鷹嘴豆泥，另外一個就係經典鷹嘴豆黎，但我最鍾意嘅就係烤茄子蓉。有少少微澀味，加上因為烤過所以有一陣好香嘅烤味，而且有一粒粒茄子同蕃茄，所以比較有口感。

鐵板煎著名中東鹹香芝士都好好味，芝士口感屬於有少少硬度，配埋蕃茄醬汁，感覺都加咗唔少香料，所以味道好有層次感。

之後呢樣嘢係我以冒險嘅心態去叫嘅：香煎法國雞乾配佐紅石榴汁，但係竟然係大驚喜地好食，可能因為有紅石榴汁，所以甜甜地，配埋雞肝個口感變咗有啲cream，完全唔會苦，olive oil更加令到成件事更加smooth。

澳洲天然草飼羊肉粒串又係打卡一流嘅item，但係除咗美觀，都真係好食，羊肉好大粒，好juicy，因為炭烤過，所以特別香，菜亦都烤得好好，不過我覺得最特別嘅，就係個薯仔，唔知點解可以敲得咁入味，咁鬆軟，而且外面仲係酥脆酥脆咁樣，超好食！！！

至於甜品方面，我哋最終兩樣都揀晒，因為真係決定唔到，朋友比較鍾意bozza，佢其實就係阿拉伯乳香膠雲呢拿雪糕配開心果碎，因為佢本身好鍾意雪糕，加埋開心果碎好多，成件事好香，亦都覺得雪糕嘅口感有別於一般平時香港食開嘅雪糕，佢係屬於比較有質感，有少少硬度嘅。我自己就係鍾意個經典中東甜品kanafeh，外脆酥皮入面包住甜芝士，呢個相反嘅口感真係食得出要新鮮整完即食先至好食！
