師傅發板的價錢不會低,但這店新張期內午膳時間有超值的師傅發板,大家要來試試,還有這店的裝修很有日式感可打卡又可吃好東西。沙律配上秘製洋蔥汁,菜很新鮮,洋蔥汁味微微帶甜味完全沒有辛辣的味道做得很好。北海道仙鳳趾生蠔,蠔肉嫩滑,礦物質味道濃厚。刺身三品,由右邊開始是比較淡口的海膽鯛魚卷,海膽鮮甜,跟鯛魚淡淡的鮮味很配合;中間是象拔蚌及帶子刺身,用上了帶微酸的醬汁使整體的鮮味提升了,而且使人非常開胃;鯖魚刺身,這個沒有半點腥味,油脂豐滿味道濃沃。天婦羅,粉漿做到厚薄適中,炸漿的顏色是香檳色已經知道是高質素,蝦富彈性,金鯛魚肉質細膩油脂平均。煮物是鹿兒島豚肉,肉質很爽嫩,而且肉汁豐富,味道甜得來還保留了豚肉的香味,又用上了這個秘製的洋蔥汁十分好吃。壽司六品,富山白蝦壽司,這個蝦清甜無比,口感綿滑;赤鯥壽司,油脂夠多而且很香,肉質結實;札幌黃海膽壽司,海膽很新鮮甜美;油甘魚壽司,魚肉爽嫩,味道清雅;深海池魚壽司,魚的味道較濃郁,而且肉質結實;拖羅壽司,油分充沛在口內滲出淡淡的油香。稻庭烏冬冷麵,稻庭烏冬做得外表光滑亮麗,麵質爽口彈牙帶點煙韌口感,這種味道必定是師傅用心製作的成果。大家不要錯過鮮魚
