Restaurant: Tao Heung (Scenery Court)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾天友人傳來在旺角店吃非常平靚正《長腳蟹》,特意今天約親友去沙田店(拆蟹)。早1天前打電話訂枱和訂蟹,店方說有蟹;但重量未可確定,因為看到時所供應來貨。今晚所見3個水池都放滿載,問了水池工作員工第1,2天因未知客人反應;貨量賣至7時半已清空,看來酒樓知道受喜迎存重貨了^_^!今晚6点去到選得6斤半1隻蟹,落單指明急凍食(早到先要蟹,才給廚房有時間製成凍蟹^_^!)這店的咕嚕肉好好吃,最喜歡它用上鮮菠蘿(好甜蜜味,這方面選料最值得👍😊!
