To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

超值既肉醬意粉

其實試過幾次呢間舖頭，d野食真係所謂的高質素，低價錢。老實講，呢到個芝士焗肉醬意粉，係同區黎講，個味道算係數一數二，首先d肉醬夠味，其次係意粉拎去焗完仲係彈牙，唔會好似其它舖頭焗完已經淋到撩起已經斷，然後最重要係d芝士，夠香口，而且好明顯用既唔係平價貨，d芝士一拉，可以有10幾cm(當然你要趁熱就拉先有咁長)，每一次係果個食個芝士焗肉醬意粉都係享受。而且一個芝士焗肉醬意粉加杯野飲都唔洗50蚊，有時遇到舖頭既是日午餐，可能會有芝士焗肉醬意粉，會加埋餐湯，都50蚊有找。對比起某間食意粉既連鎖餐廳既肉醬意粉，５０既價錢超值並且更好味。另外，我都試過佢地個蒜蓉包，15蚊3件，貴就唔係好貴，但真係好好好好食，要俾十個讚佢^_^而黎到意蠔屋點可以唔食蠔，不過我只係試過芝士焗生蠔，d芝士好味就唔多講，但d蠔大大隻，又重味，d芝士都有少少蠔味呢，正到爆不過間舖就真係細左d，黎親幾次都好多人，要等下位，不過為左好野食，等下都無所謂。
