To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前幾日齊人去旺角逛街，突然感到肚餓，諗住搵間食店坐低食野。四圍望望，見到一間小店叫做 "一鍋堂"🔥，仲有個超吸引眼球嘅offer: 60分鐘半自助火鍋放題，只需$68，咁嘅價錢食到放題真係好抵食！無二話，我地就一齊行入去。1️⃣湯底：芫荽皮蛋湯🍲獨特嘅湯底選擇，唔似其他店舖嗰啲平平無奇。皮蛋同芫荽完美配搭，好有特色。湯鮮甜，唔會偏辣或者太重，可以將各種食材既味道帶出嚟。2️⃣火鍋料：香茜墨魚丸🦑墨魚丸入面嘅香茜帶出香香口感，滑溜溜咁食返嚟真係好解饞。墨魚丸好彈牙，又充滿墨魚嘅鮮甜。3️⃣特色：泡椒燘豬手🐷豬手炖到夜軟，香辣嘅味道令人回味無窮，真係食完還要再食兩碗米飯！4️⃣火鍋配菜：菜芯 🌱簡單身家常菜同湯底一煮，仲係超級好味，清新透返口。我哋一家人食完都覺得好滿足，下次放假一定再嚟！

🍲獨特嘅湯底選擇，唔似其他店舖嗰啲平平無奇。皮蛋同芫荽完美配搭，好有特色。湯鮮甜，唔會偏辣或者太重，可以將各種食材既味道帶出嚟。
2️⃣火鍋料：香茜墨魚丸

🦑墨魚丸入面嘅香茜帶出香香口感，滑溜溜咁食返嚟真係好解饞。墨魚丸好彈牙，又充滿墨魚嘅鮮甜。
