端午節前夕,和同事一齊出來「做節」,揀咗莆田。作為一間嚟自星加坡嘅米芝蓮一星餐廳,我一直覺得莆田嘅餸菜好有特色亦好味,所以今日又來食好嘢啦!一坐低未叫嘢食已經送上酸酸味味的開胃小食,連啲茶都好飲過人,但我唔知呢個係乜嘢茶。叫咗呢度幾個馳名小菜,包括「福建三寶」:莆田扁肉湯、百秒黃花魚、莆田滷麵。扁肉湯($22/位)好好味,有好多小餃子,個餡有菜有肉,睇咗啲介紹先知,原來個皮係用肉來做嘅,經過12,000次嘅槌揼而變成「餃子皮」,所以食落好有口感,真係估佢唔到!一鍋湯四個人飲都有好多碗。黃花魚($78)就好大條,佢話用100秒就蒸熟一條魚,所以一啲都唔會過火,魚肉好嫩滑,亦有魚味。另外個莆田滷麵($88)係同事推介,佢寫住有12種食材,湯濃料足,確實又幾好味,個湯少少傑身,有蝦、蜆、菇、菜、肉碎等等嘅餸,而且份量不少。另外試咗兩個前菜:滷水嫩豆腐($52)、蝦苗伴紫菜($55),嫩豆腐有啲醬香味,豆腐煮淋但唔會爛!蝦苗伴紫菜好特別,啲紫菜好似有少少醋味,好開胃。仲有一個芋香棒棒,超濃郁嘅芋頭味,外層炸而不油,外脆內軟。剛好呢期又做緊蟶子promotion,所以亦叫咗一個蒜蓉蒸蟶子($10

剛好呢期又做緊蟶子promotion,所以亦叫咗一個蒜蓉蒸蟶子($109)。一碟有成十幾隻,用蒜頭蒸好香,超惹味!

我哋最後仲叫咗兩個甜品,包括酥炸冰心榴槤( $45 ),同埋桂花陳皮燉雪梨($36),兩個都好好味。酥炸冰心榴槤,係將一舊榴槤蓉雪到冰咁實,然後撲粉去炸,再加上一啲醬汁,榴槤味超香濃,好好味!燉雪梨就相當清甜清潤,一定受女士喜愛!

今次我哋散叫,但其實佢有好多唔同套餐,二人餐四人餐六人餐都有好多選擇,而且價錢唔貴,份量又多,我會再返嚟食的!
