To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六，總是想一家人飲個茶，來個開心家庭日。可是現在飲茶也所費不菲，朋友們常問我「邊到平」、「邊到抵食」。我常回答「去大學啦」，這好像是必定正確的答案，因為大學總是以平價租地方予人，以希望可以提供平價膳食給學生、教職員，這些餐廳大多開放予公眾，某些可能會在繁忙時間設限制。作為其中一個有交稅資助各間大專的香港人，當然要曲線享受一下福利。今天到了嶺南大學的嶺南樓，泊車車位足方便又經濟（$5/小時）。茶樓也不多人，不噪。薑蔥叉燒撈麵、蝦餃、燒賣、瑤柱菜苗餃、牛肉球、牛柏葉、珍珠雞、蕃茄濃湯鮮竹燒、鳳爪、黃金流沙包、蘿蔔糕。星期一至日均有特價粉麵飯，當天是薑蔥叉燒撈麵。只可以用價廉物美來形容。其中，值得一提的是黃金流沙包。咸蛋黃落得足，香味夠，也夠流，只$15.8。超值吧！其他點心不過不失，但價錢絶對取勝。一行七人，只是$234。當左我地係5個人，但都無分別，因為無收茶芥，都無收加一。平均一人$34有找，除左係大學可以有如此性價比，我真的想不到別的。
